A cancellation initiated by FGM Bespoke under these circumstances is separate from a customer requested cancellation.

Sales Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Returns. No Refunds. No Cancellations.

Eligible merchandise may qualify for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the complete FGM Bespoke Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in its original condition to be considered for an exchange or store credit.

Custom, bespoke, personalized, altered, special order, clearance, Final Sale merchandise, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Nothing in this notice limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Unless merchandise is confirmed in stock and ready for shipment, FGM Bespoke orders typically require approximately 14 to 30 days for processing and fulfillment.

Once the finished product is ready for shipment, FGM Bespoke ships using Next Day or 2 Day delivery service.

In stock merchandise may ship sooner than the standard processing timeframe.

Next Day and 2 Day delivery refers to the shipping service selected once the merchandise has been transferred to the carrier. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of FGM Bespoke’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
