FGM Bespoke Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Delivery

FGM Bespoke orders typically require 14 to 30 days for processing and fulfillment, unless the merchandise is currently in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Once your finished product is ready for shipment, orders are shipped using Next Day or 2 Day delivery service.

In Stock Merchandise

Merchandise that is confirmed in stock and ready to ship does not require the standard 14 to 30 day processing period.

In stock merchandise will be prepared for shipment and sent using Next Day or 2 Day delivery service.

Standard Orders

Please allow approximately 14 to 30 days for your order to be processed, prepared, sourced, produced, or completed, depending on the merchandise purchased.

Once your finished product is ready, it will be shipped using Next Day or 2 Day delivery service.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom, bespoke, personalized, altered, and special order merchandise may require additional processing or production time.

Once the finished product is completed and ready for shipment, it will be sent using Next Day or 2 Day delivery service.

Carrier Delivery

Next Day and 2 Day delivery refers to the shipping service selected once the finished product has been transferred to the carrier.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, and other circumstances outside of FGM Bespoke’s reasonable control may affect the actual delivery date.
